We are constantly attempting to find better ways to serve our patients. This is just another way to be attentive and available to our patients, day and night! Please feel free to look over this site, make suggestions for changes, and enjoy!
On the "About Us" page you will find facts regarding Nurse Practitioners that may help answer alot of your questions. If you have further questions, go to the "Contact Us" tab and send us an email. We will attempt to respond the same day if at all possible! Also located on the "About Us" page, you will find "Patient Testimonials" as well as a form to submit your own comments!
The "Our Staff" page will introduce you to our current staff. You will also find a link to their personal emails through our company site so that you can contact them personally! Check this tab often for new staff memebers! I am so proud of my Skinner Family Practice family!!
If you are interested in "Employment" with us, check out the "Employment Information" tab for more information. You will find a link to an application. Just print it out and bring it up to the office with a resume, if we are hiring, we will call you for an interview.
The "Paperwork" page has a link to all the paperwork (new paperwork linked) needed to become a new patient at our clinic! Print it off and fill it out to bring with you on your first visit. Or you can fill it out and email it to us under the "Contact Us" page! Whatever works best for you!
